You can easily perform order transactions in the Gomlo POS Bill System, you do not need training on this subject, all your employees in different areas can easily perform all their work via Gomlo.
Order transactions
1. Go to the order screen in self-service, table service or takeaway service.
2. On the screen that opens, your category-based products and portions of these products are listed, if your products have not been added, you need to enter your products from the Products service.
3. To add a product to the order, simply click on the product, the product you added is added to the basket on the right, and thus add the entire order.
4. After adding the products, you can perform product-based operations such as quantity, product note, product deletion, discount or treat for any product by pressing the buttons next to the product.
5. There is a button set for order actions on the top right, You can perform special operations for this order from here, you can review these operations below.
Order Customer: It is used to assign your order to a customer registered in the system or you can assign it to a person by adding a new customer. In this way, you can save your customers' orders.
Order Note: It is used to add a special note for the order, this note is sent to the kitchen.
Order Urgent: You can change the order status to urgent, this information is sent to the kitchen and is shown at the top of the order list in the kitchen.
Discount: You apply a discount to the order, for your special customers You can use it.
Print Order: You can use it to print the order from the thermal printer.
Delete Order: You delete the entire order and a new order number is assigned.
6. After the order is entered, it is sent to the kitchen according to the order status with the button at the bottom right (if the kitchen is active) and the Receive Payment stage is passed.
7. Receive Payment, you can view the order details on the screen that opens, where you can close the order or make partial payments by selecting the payment method.
