How to configure printer settings? (Ethernet connection)

You can print by defining your printers to the Gomlo applications you use in your business.
For the Gomlo POS Order application, you can print order receipts and kitchen printouts by connecting your printers via Ethernet (LAN).

Follow the steps below in order.
Download the Gomlo Printer Application
1. For the Gomlo Printer application, Go to the Download and Use page.
2. To connect your printer via Ethernet (LAN), download and install the Gomlo Printer application for your device on the Download and Use page. You should install the Gomlo Printer application on only 1 device in your business.
3. For you to be able to print from your printers, the device with the Gomlo Printer application must be switched on and connected to the system. Your device must not go into sleep mode. Select your device accordingly.
Printer Operations
1. Connect your thermal printer's Ethernet (LAN) cable to your modem and make sure your modem has internet access.
2. With an Ethernet (LAN) connection, it is not necessary to install the printer driver on any device.
3. Obtain your printer's IP Address. If you don't know your printer's IP address, turn off your printer using the power button, then press and hold the print button on the front of your printer, turn on the printer by pressing the power button again, and release the print button after a while. Your printer will print out the IP address (it will say IP ADDRESS).
4. Connect to your printer by typing the printer's IP address into your browser.
5. On the page that opens, click on the Configuration link.
6. On the Configuration page, check the Fixed IP Address section. This should be selected for your Printer IP address. This information indicates that your printer has been assigned a static IP address. The entered IP address should not be used by another device; if it is, change this IP address.
7. On the Configuration page, the Subnet Mask section should contain 255.255.255.0.
8. On the Configuration page, the Gateway Address section should contain the modem's IP address. You can check this by finding your modem's IP address.
Gomlo Printer Settings
1. After performing the above steps, log in to Gomlo.
2. In the Gomlo control panel, click on the Settings link.
3. From the left menu, click on the Printers link.
4. On the page that opens, click the Printer Matching Code button and copy the code. Go to the Gomlo Printer application, enter the code, and click the connect button. The connection should be established.
5. Return to the Printers page and click the Add Printer button.
6. On the page that opens, give any name in the Printer Name section.
7. In the Printer Type section, enter the printer name. If it will be used for receipts, select the kitchen option if it is a printer that sends orders to the kitchen.
8. In the Printer IP Address section, enter the Printer IP defined on your printer.
9. Go to the POS receipt system application and place a test order. If the printer is a kitchen printer, you will automatically print after clicking the Send button after placing the order. If the printer is a receipt printer, you can test it by clicking the Print button to print.
10. If you are connecting more than one printer via Ethernet (LAN), you only need to add the IP Addresses of your other printers using the Add Printer button on the Printers page; you don't need to do anything else.
