Your staff can easily use the POS Bill System. You can organize all your table ordering processes by defining your waiter staff.
Add user
1. Click on the Settings link from your control panel home page.
2. On the settings page that opens, click on the Users link from the left menu click.
3. Click the Add User button to go to the relevant page.
4. From here, select Authority and enter your staff's information, login password and PIN code. You must enter your user's email address correctly, email confirmation will be requested.
5. Send the login password and PIN code of the user you created to your staff privately.
6. Your waiter can log in to the system with the email address and password or PIN code you created, view the tables and customers from their mobile devices or terminals within the business and perform all order transactions.
Waiter transactions
1. Your waiters can log in with any mobile device or common terminals and view all registered areas, tables and orders for these tables.
2. They select the table they will process for the new table order and automatically send the orders to the kitchen.
3. In the table orders that have been entered, they can take actions such as receiving payment, table change, table transfer, partial payment, order update and urgent order.
4. For table orders to be closed, the payment for the order is taken with the Receive Payment button and the order is closed.
6. Administrator and manager authorized users can view all waiter transactions and table order processes.
7. There is no need for a special handheld terminal to take orders at Gomlo, your employees can do all these transactions with any mobile phone or their own phones.
