You can print by defining your printers to the Gomlo applications you use in your business.
For the Gomlo POS Order application, you can print order receipts and kitchen printouts by connecting your printers via USB.
Follow the steps below in order.
Download the Gomlo Printer Application
2. Only Windows devices are supported for USB connection. On the Download and Use page, download and install the Gomlo Printer application for Windows on your device. You should only install the Gomlo Printer application on 1 device in your business.
3. For you to be able to print from your printers, the device with the Gomlo Printer application must be turned on and connected to the system, and your device must not go into sleep mode.
Printer Operations
1. Connect the thermal printer's USB cable to your device.
2. Make sure the printer driver is installed on your device; if not, install it. You can check by printing a test copy from your device.
3. Find out the name of your printer on your device. On Windows devices, you can find your printer's name from the Settings/Printers link.
Gomlo Printer Settings
1. After performing the above steps, log in to Gomlo.
2. In the Gomlo control panel, click on the Settings link.
3. Click on the Printers link in the left menu.
4. On the page that opens, click on the Printer Matching Code button and copy the code. Go to the Gomlo Printer application, enter the code, and click the connect button. The connection should be established.
5. Return to the Printers page and click the Add Printer button.
6. On the page that opens, enter the name of the printer you connected via USB in the Printer Name section. Write in this area.
7. In the Printer Type section, select the "receipt" option if the printer will be used for receipts, and the "kitchen" option if it is a printer that sends orders to the kitchen.
8. Leave the Printer IP Address field blank since you are connecting via USB.
9. Go to the POS receipt system application and place a test order. If the printer is a kitchen printer, you will automatically get a printout when you click the Send button after the order. If the printer is a receipt printer, you can test it by clicking the Print button to print.
10. If you are connecting more than one printer via USB, you only need to add your printers by clicking the Add Printer button on the Printers page; you don't need to do anything else.
