User authorizations
Administrator: The highest level authority to which all authorizations that open a Gomlo account are valid, who can add a business or branch, create or delete a user, perform all transactions including subscription payments and basic settings.
Manager: The highest level authority after the manager. He is assigned to the business and is the authority responsible for everything in that business. He can view all operational and personnel movements for the business he is assigned to, make business subscription payments, and organize products. In short, it has all the authorizations except for deletion in the business it is in.
Cash: The cash user generally defines the employees working in the areas at the entrance of the business where customers are greeted, phone calls are received or payments are received. This authorization is valid for the POS Bill System and can access all order services, see the kitchen and courier screens, receive payments and view all orders.
Kitchen: Kitchen authorization is defined for employees working in areas such as the manufacturing plant or kitchen where production is made. The kitchen screen is shown to the user with this authority in Gomlo and these are the screens where the products to be prepared are listed and the production stages are processed.
Waiter: Waiter authority can perform table transactions in your business, they can perform transactions such as adding orders, changing or moving tables or receiving payments via mobile devices.
Courier: With courier authority, orders in your package services are displayed on the Gomlo courier screen, your couriers can receive the packages from their mobile devices on the Gomlo screen, deliver the order and receive payments.
