How to get confirmation from the customer for online reservations?
You can quickly get approval for online reservations or reservations added by your team that will be threatened.
Get approval
1. On the reservations page, there is a transaction detail link next to each reservation, click on this link.
2. In the window that opens Click on the Send / Get Approval link.
3. The link for this reservation is on the screen that appears, you can get the reservation information and confirmation process by sending the link to your customer. You can quickly send it to your customer from WhatsApp by clicking on the WhatsApp button on this screen.
4. Your customer views the reservation information from the link they receive and sends it to you by marking the information they will come/not come.
