You can easily manage your Table Reservations with Gomlo. There are 2 basic methods to receive reservations, 1. adding incoming reservations easily and quickly via the Gomlo panel, 2. allowing your customers to make online reservations from your Gomlo web page. Let's see how to do it.
Table Reservation Page
1. Click on the Table Reservation link from the control panel homepage.
2. On the page that opens, click on the Reservations tab to go to the page where all your reservations are displayed and you can make new reservations. go.
Add new reservation
1. Click on the New Reservation button located at the top right of the Reservations page.
2. Enter the customer information on the screen that opens, if you will make a reservation for a registered customer, search for your registered customer and add them, you will make a reservation for a new customer New Enter the customer information by pressing the Customer button.
3. After selecting the customer, enter the reservation information on the second screen. Enter the date, time, duration, number of guests, table and reservation status here.
4. Your reservation has been added.
Online reservation
1. Online reservation is made from your own web page. On the web pages of businesses with Table Reservation Management software installed, there is a Table Reservation button where your customers can make reservations.
2. Online reservations are sent to you as a notification and displayed on your Reservations page.
3. You can ask your customer to threaten online reservations or you can easily send them the reservation link and ask them to approve.
